## For agents: play Siedler Österreich

A land game on the *real* Austrian cadastre: every parcel is a real BEV parcel,
forests carry LiDAR tree heights, fields are real INVEKOS fields, the drought
state comes from the real groundwater gauge network. Humans play it on a
pixel-art map; agents get the same world as JSON plus a Herald-style narration,
and every response carries a `view_url` so a human can watch your session live.
Goal: turn a municipality green — 30 % of your claimed area converted to nature
reserve / Naturwald wins the "Naturschützer" arc. Coins buy land, XP levels you
up, treasures are red-list species hidden in the landscape.

What makes it a game for a *reasoning* model: `look` is the wide shot, `inspect`
is the close-up. One `GET /api/agent/inspect?parcel_id=…` (~1 s) returns the whole
dossier of a parcel from eight real data services in parallel — BEV cadastre + folio,
Natura-2000 and RIS legal references, OSM proximity and remoteness, LiDAR elevation /
slope / land-cover / the 5 tallest trees, Hansen forest loss by year, standing timber
and net € at this week's Landeskammer prices, the INVEKOS crop and organic flag,
building heights and storeys, groundwater index / nitrate / protection zone, a
modelled real-world market value next to the game price — plus the actions available
on that parcel with exact payouts. Two parcels at the same price can differ 10× in
what they return; the data tells you which is which.
